Thanks to the governments' Kickstart Scheme we vacancies for a receptionist/admin assistant and a Marketing Assistant. Receptionist
The role will report to the practice manager and include the following responsibilities:
Making & receiving calls
Answering calls from clients, prospective clients, suppliers and others
Contacting clients to arrange meetings and chase paperwork etc.
Responding to e-mails
Responding to e-mails promptly and filtering out nuisance and junk e-mails. Passing urgent e-mails to the relevant member of staff.
Meet and Greet
Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring they sign in and out, and are seated. Making drinks when appropriate.
Checking mail
Opening incoming mail, disposing of junk mail and ensuring the mail is scanned onto client files and pass to the appropriate staff member when appropriate.
Appointment setting
Setting appointments for clients and prospective clients for call backs or meetings in the relevant calendar.
Various administrative duties
Printing and binding of accounts.
Monitoring and ordering stationery and other office supplies.
Scanning and saving documents
Other adhoc duties as and when required

Marketing Assistant
The role will report to the practice manager and include the following responsibilities:
Assisting with Developing, implementing and monitoring the company marketing strategy
Whilst the practice has successfully used marketing to promote the business, a lot of opportunity has been identified in this area. The following list is not exhaustive so this is a real opportunity to make a stamp on this role:
Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies
Assist in creating marketing materials
Overseeing facebook, linkedin and twitter campaigns
Updating and improving the company website
Posting in the company blog
Creating and reviewing magazine content
Creating a mail marketing campaign with follow up phone calls
Assist with webinar recordings
Help to create google-ad campaigns
Telemarking
Help to identify other marketing and promotional opportunities
Monitor the success (or otherwise) of TSA’s marketing campaigns
Market research and benchmarking pricing with competitors
Writing and proof-reading creative copy
Other Ad-hoc duties
