Your success is our business

Updated: Mar 11, 2021

it's been a little while since I've posted on this blog and lots has happened in that time. The pandemic is here to stay by the looks of it and we continue to see the hardship suffered by some businesses. The harsh reality of the lock down means that some people will sadly lose their jobs as companies either don't re-open or reduce their staffing levels. The furlough scheme can't last forever and those business rates relief grants seem a long time ago now. However, in any economic environment, there are always opportunities, and we've heard how some businesses have adapted during the pandemic, such as gin manufacturers making hand wash for example.

And so we come to TSA. Our business is undergoing some dramatic changes too. We've always enjoyed working with new start-up businesses. We love working with businesses and helping the owners turn their dream into reality. It's a fact that most start ups fail. I'm delighted to announce that we have put together a team of experts who are as passionate as us about new start-ups. We're now a one-stop shop for start-up businesses. If we can't help you we know someone that can, from website design, IT and telephone answering to marketing and advertising and even debt collection, we know an expert that can help you. Success in a new venture can never be guaranteed, but with our team behind you, your chances of success couldn't be higher. We're really excited to be able to put this together.

We've also been looking at how we can further digitise our accounting offering. The corona virus pandemic has affected the way we do business. Not just working from home but also meeting with clients has been via zoom or skype in a lot of cases. We've also looked at accounting software. Some of the cloud based accounting software providers offer invoice and receipt scanning so there's no need to drop bags of receipts at the office, simply snap and send with a mobile and we'll take care of the rest. Bank accounts can be linked automatically, again saving visits to the bank to get bank statements. We're really excited to be able to offer quickbooks to our clients as a standard part of our services. Many of our existing clients are switching to quickbooks and enjoying the benefits. It's not an exaggeration to say it's revolutionising the way we do book-keeping and accountancy. That coupled with the useful tools within quickbooks means that business owners can track their business performance effortlessly. As a result we've reviewed what we offer our clients and changed our branding as a result. So as we try to help businesses succeed we want our branding to convey that message loud and clear, so your success is our business.

Take care and stay safe.
