When it comes to handling the financials of a limited company, there are Financial Statements that need to be prepared as well as the Corporation Tax return. Directors PAYE is different to ordinary employees and there are special rules on dividend payments.

There is also a requirement to keep board minutes and resolutions that are not required for a sole trader for example. There can be financial benefits to having a Limited Company, but there is a lot of additional administration. We can take the administrative burden off your hands, leaving you to run your company and enjoy the tax benefits.

  • ︎ Preparation and submission of Annual Financial Statements and Corporation tax return

  • ︎ Self-Assessment for the first Director (additional charge per additional Director)

  • ︎ Telephone and e-mail support in relation to these services (subject to terms of fair usage)

  • ︎ Twice yearly consultation and review, including a free Business and Financial Health Check.
